What happens when you delete your account?

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your paid access will be permanently lost

Deleting your Sunnah Match account permanently removes your account and any paid access associated with it. Paid access cannot be transferred or restored to another account you create later.

If you only want to stop using Sunnah Match temporarily, hide your profile instead.

  • Your account will be permanently deleted immediately
  • All your profile data, matches, and conversations will be permanently removed
  • You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data
  • If you wish to use Sunnah Match again, you will need to create a new account

Important Note About Subscriptions

If you signed up via our app, you will need to cancel your subscription via the app store

For Apple App Store Subscribers:

  1. Go to your iPhone’s Settings app
  2. Tap your name, or go to your iCloud settings, then tap “Subscriptions”
  3. Find Sunnah Match and select it
  4. Choose “Cancel Subscription” and confirm

For Google Play Store Subscribers:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines), then go to “Subscriptions”
  3. Find Sunnah Match and tap on it
  4. Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts to confirm
